Sophisticards provides complimentary Royal Mail tracked delivery in the U.K. on all Luxury greeting cards ordered.
Returns
All of our products are made bespoke to order, personalised, may have limited quantities and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded or cancelled under any circumstances unless faulty or damaged. We have included highly magnified photos on our website so you can see the true quality, nature and even imperfections found on finely detailed handmade cards, before you make your order.
Delivery Timing
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour and Special Saturday delivery BUT NO orders are sent the NEXT DAY, we advise you to order 5 days in advance and you may pre order up to 6 weeks in advance.
Sophisticards cards are made to order, we ship in 2 working days from order, then 1-2 working days to deliver. (Large orders have longer delivery dates)

Shipping Options
We Ship Monday to Thursday, we do not ship on weekends. We also offer Special delivery for Saturday. Each card is sent in a separate box and as a separate order and may arrive at different times.

International shipping -We presently ship to the UK only
Shipping Address and Packaging
Please ensure that Shipping address is either the gift recipient’s address or your home address, if this is misspelt, we may not be able to change it. Please note - We do not send to commercial premises due to danger of loss.
Sending Direct As Gift to the Recipient as a Gift - Make sure the message is personalised on the product page. The card is delivered in a gift box within a discrete outer box and is tried and tested to withstand any journey.
Sending to Purchaser- Please note if you open the package prior to giving it to the recipient it will need to be very carefully repackaged as it was originally, especially if you are going to resend it in the post for a second time.
Delays
Please note that delivery times are provided by Royal Mail themselves; they are guidelines and are subject to change. Delays are rare from us from making to shipping, however we can't control how quickly Royal Mail and couriers will get the item to you - this does mean that we're not responsible for meeting deadlines if you have them.
If you've had a dispatch notification from us but haven't received your item(s) in a reasonable period of time, please first check your tracking, then contact Royal Mail and check with your local sorting office and your neighbours to see if they've accepted a delivery on your behalf.
Damaged Products
Please report defective or damaged orders this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to the shipping address -see Terms and Conditions. We only offer refunds or replacements/exchanges for products reported within this period as set out in terms and conditions. Please note there is always a possibility of several Rose Petals or Sepals will fall off in transit to you ,this is not a fault or damage or a reason to refund as they are a product of nature.
Cancellation - If you contact us within one hour of order we will attempt to cancel your order if works have not commenced,
