Why are your cards so expensive?

Sophisticards are exclusively for those wanting to indulge, thrill and excite others with a Gift that is loved and would never be forgotten. A Brand you can come to time after time for something so special and never be disappointed.

Every card is 'A Work of Art' handmade in the U.K. from fine materials like no other card and with no two cards identical.

Is it worth the same as a Luxury meal for two without Champagne, we think so.

Can I change, cancel or return my orderQuestion

Orders that have already been processed may not be cancelled or modified. Our goods are all bespoke, made to order and personalised and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned unless damaged.

Your happiness and satisfaction is of great importance to us and we are transparent and clear in our descriptions and highly magnified photos.

Please do not hesitate to call us prior to purchase to discuss any aspect of our service and product.

Can I chose any card I like and change the Greeting and message on it?

Yes- We want you to have unlimited choice, so you can chose any card you see, E.g. a Red Mother's Day Card and change the greeting message on the front cover and insert your words on the inside right page at the product page before pressing checkout. You can use any card to match any occasion such as changing a 'Happy Birthday' greeting to 'Congratulations on your Wedding Day'. All of our cards are for personalisation.

Can you send the Card direct as a Gift?

Yes send the card direct to the recipient as a gift with your own beautiful message in gold foil on the right inside page. Nothing could be simpler or have more of a wonderful impact.

You can personalise the card on the product page, at checkout select the Delivery Address option 'Send as a gift direct to the recipient' Then checkout and enter the recipients address details in the Shipping address

Why preserved Roses and Greeting Cards?

Preserved Roses are the most luxurious and Iconic expression of Love. They have the same beauty and luxurious feel of fresh flowers and they last for up to a year. Combining this was beautiful materials creates a card that is a unique Gift of Love.

Yes it is safe to order from Sophisticards.com, we work on the Shopify platform who uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving client data.

Sophisticards does not hold or see your payment details at any time. We respect your privacy at all times,- see our Privacy Policy.

Can I Post the card myself?

We advise our clients to leave the card in the original packaging and preferably not to remove the card from the original packaging if they are going to post if for a second time.

If you do wish to open it, then you must repackage it very carefully in the original packing with all inserts in position exactly as you received it. Way better to either send it direct or give it by hand and see their face smile, than send with a second courier.

I love the design and colour of the Sweet 16 Card but I want to use it for a Birthday Card, is this possible ?

Yes, all of our cards are personalised and bespoke. You can use every card design you see on this website for any occasion by adding your own bespoke message and words on the front and inside covers at the product page.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom

How long does it take to arrive?

Most products take 2 days to ship then 1-2 days to deliver. We prefer the card arrives a day earlier to your chosen address, rather than a day too late. We advise to allow 5 working days

We are happy to dispatch products on the specific date you request but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to the nature of today's delivery service.

Please call us or email us prior to your order if you have any question, if you are in a rush or would like card sent on a specific date.

Can I order and you send for a chosen day eg a Birthday

We can send on a date you specify but cant guarantee Royal Mail will perform it's service to perfection. Please email or call us prior to your order to confirm any particular requirements.

How do I personalise a card?

Chose the card you like and tell us what message you would like on the front and inside right cover on checkout, so every card can be used for any occasion When you personalise a card, none of the original messages you saw in the card photo will appear. Above all do not hesitate to call us if this is not clear.

Can you deliver on the day of my friends Birthday ?

We can send your card on a date you specify, but cannot guarantee delivery on the exact day. All our parcels are sent via express Royal Mail and although the delivery is next day we advise sending your card 2 days before

Deliveries are dispatched weekdays only. Contact us if in doubt.

Do Roses vary in Size and Colour?

Roses are natural products that will exhibit natural variation.

A new batch of Roses may have a variation in colour or shade to those in the sites photos. You would probably never notice but we like things to be clear.

We will keep the Rose size as similar as possible to our photos, however each Roses differs in size naturally and depending on the season.
